Stuffed Chili goodness as a side snack to a hot cup of chai – one for those rainy monsoon days

Hi, I came directly from the farms and I am deliciously vegan, organic and naturally gluten free.
Just add equal amount of water or buttermilk to the premixed Lentil Sorghum Dosa blend , pour on a hot pan and cook till crisp brown … it’s as easy as 1,2 ,3⠀
Ingredients:
For 1 pancake
1/4 cup Sorghum Lentil dosa mix
1/4 cup water or buttermilk
1 tsp oil
Veggies or toppings of your choice
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Let it rest for 2 mins . Pour organic pancake batter on a hot non stick pan. Add a teaspoon of oil around the edges. Let each side cook for two mins. Flip and enjoy these healthy vegan , gluten free Pancakes with your favorite toppings and sauce 🥕 🥦 ⠀
